Only what you enter into the enquiry form above: a name or reference, a means of contact, and whatever you choose to tell us about your requirement. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and administer that work. The lawful basis is your consent for an initial enquiry, and performance of a contract thereafter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are retained for six years after the end of an engagement, in line with our legal and insurance obligations.
Who sees it
Enquiries are received by one person. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are processed by our form provider and our email provider acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address below. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
